- The law of God is always in accordance with the love of God. Law without love, is life without joy.
- When we don’t like the right answer, we’re always welcome to ask something in a different way.
- Stories, told in the right way, illustrate truth in a helpful way.
- My neighbor is everyone, not just the hurting; because everyone, even experts, are hurting in some way.
- There is no racial divide in God’s kingdom. We’re best off never to judge anyone. Love accepts, embraces, engages, shares, listens without interruption, and heals a multitude of hurts and failures.
- Loving ourselves is expected and commanded. Loving our neighbors is best done when we rightly love ourselves.
